A blender

A glass jar with lid
🧼 Step 1: Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse the dried sea moss under cool running water.
Gently remove any natural ocean debris or excess salt.
Repeat until water runs clear.
💧 Step 2: Soak (12–24 Hours)
Place rinsed sea moss in a bowl.
Cover completely with spring water.
Let soak for 12–24 hours at room temperature.
The sea moss will:

Soften

Become slightly translucent
🌀 Step 3: Blend
After soaking:

Drain excess water.

Add sea moss to blender.

Add fresh spring water (just enough to blend smoothly).
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add more water for thinner gel.
Use less water for thicker gel.
